The Euro Dog Model
Europe has dogs figured out! They are incredibly dog inclusive, and thus their dogs are incredibly well socialized from day one. Yet, they also respect dogs as dogs. No one pets or baby talks to a dog that isn't theirs. Good behavior is acknowledged, quietly, because it's also expected. Loving and spoiling a dog doesn't actually look like letting it do whatever it wants. True love and respect for dogs means wanting the best life for them possible.
